Load Bearing and Design: Cast steel track rails have a strip structure and a lower load-bearing capacity compared to an integrated platform, so attention must be paid to their design load. If the load is too large, it can be addressed by increasing the size, improving the material, or enhancing the laying density. Specifications can be designed to fit the equipment attachment points, without needing to manufacture a large integrated platform, in order to save cost and space.
Lifting and Storage: When lifting, four equally long steel cables must be used to simultaneously hold the four lifting holes for smooth transportation. Support points should be properly padded and leveled to ensure even force distribution at each point. When not in use, the working surface should be cleaned in time, coated with anti-rust oil, and covered with anti-rust paper. Store in a ventilated and dry environment, away from heat sources and corrosive substances.
Regular Inspection: Inspections should be conducted regularly according to national standards, with the inspection cycle depending on specific conditions, usually every 6-12 months.
