Through a frame design consisting of longitudinal and cross beams, it achieves load transfer, structural stability, and resistance todeformation, serving as a key basic component to ensure the operational safety and reliability of the equipment.

 

1.2 Product Structural Features

Adopts a "Lu-shaped" structure enclosed by longim assemblies and cross beam assemblies (or according to actual product design descriptions, such as an integrated die-casting structure), enhancing overall structural strength and torsional stiffness while avoiding stress conion; Uniform wall thickness design, with key areas adopting a 3-8mm gradient wall thickness (specific to product drawings), using sloped transitions (slope ≤1:uce material accumulation and lower the risk of shrinkage cavities and porosity; Ribs arranged along the direction of force flow, featuring variable cross-section design and R≥5mm arctransitions; unloading grooves are set in the middle of long ribs to improve crack resistance and structural flexibility; Integrated mounting interfaces, reserving assembly positions for suspension, shock absobers, seats, etc., reducing subsequent welding and splicing processes and improving assembly efficiency.

No cracks, cold shuts, or penetrating defects; mounting surfaces free of scrhes, slag inclusions, or dents affecting assembly; brand logo, mold number, and production date are clear and complete; Internal quality: No dense porosity or shrinkage cavitiesitical areas; detection grade ≤2 according to ASTM E505 standard, ≤3 at ejector pin positions; executing GB/T 5677 "Castings - Examination" or GB/T 34904 "Ductile Iron Castings - Ultrasonic Testing"; Metallographic structure: Pearlite content in grey ast iron ≥85%, no network carbides; aluminum alloy free of overheated structures, complying with GB/T 7216 "Metallographic Examination of Grey Cast Ion" or GB/T 9441 "Metallographic Examination of Ductile Iron Castings".
