Maintenance Cycle For Zinc-Aluminum Alloy Bushings

The maintenance cycle of zinc-aluminum alloy bushings mainly depends on the operating environment and working conditions.

Suggested Inspection and Maintenance Cycle:
Ordinary indoor dry environment: inspect once a year.


Humid or outdoor environment: it is recommended to inspect once every 6–9 months.


Highly corrosive environment (such as coastal areas, near chemical plants, etc.): inspection must be carried out every 3–6 months.

Key Inspection Items:
Check whether the surface has scratches, discoloration (yellowing or blackening), powdering, or other signs of corrosion;


Check whether fasteners (such as bolts, brackets) are loose;


Check whether the structure shows obvious deformation or bending due to overload;


Check whether weak areas such as cut edges or welds have rust or seepage.
