Agricultural machinery end housing is a key load-bearing and protective component for the transmission system of tractors, harvesters, rotary tillers and other farm equipment. QT450-10 (equivalent to EN-GJS-450-10 / ASTM A536 65-45-12): Good toughness, impact and vibration resistance, less brittle at low temperatures; suitable for light–medium duty tractors and general applications with excellent cost performance.
QT550-7 (equivalent to EN-GJS-550-7 / ASTM A536 80-55-06): Higher strength, better wear resistance and rigidity, greater load capacity; suitable for medium–heavy duty machinery and continuous high-load operation, resistant to heavy impact and cracking.
Manufactured by investment casting and CNC machining. Compact, uniform wall thickness with reinforced ribs for high rigidity. Precision-machined mounting surfaces ensure tight fit with bearings and gears, easy assembly, accurate positioning, reduced noise and wear. Anti-rust coating resists dirt and moisture; reliable sealing prevents ingress of contaminants, extending service life of transmission parts.
